From a 47 to an 86 in 21 days. No call needed to start.
A fashion store doing $42K/mo came in with a 47 overall score, a 4.2-second LCP that was abandoning roughly 47% of carts, and 9 active plugin CVEs. They hit Buy on this page on a Tuesday. We were re-auditing the staging site by the third Friday.

Re-audit + warranty
Three phases, 21 days, one engineer.
No discovery week. No “let me loop in our specialist.” The same person who reviews the audit ships the fixes and presents the re-audit.
- 01
Days 1-3
Audit and prioritize
We run our deep 10-category audit, then a senior WooCommerce engineer reviews it and ranks every finding by revenue impact, severity, and effort. You get a prioritized fix plan in plain English, delivered as a document you can read on your schedule.
Senior engineer review (15+ years WooCommerce) - 02
Days 4-18
Implement and verify
We implement every fix on the plan. Performance, security, plugin conflicts, checkout flow, caching, images, theme, accessibility, WooCommerce ops, HPOS, Action Scheduler. You stay in your lane while we ship.
Weekly written + Loom updates you read when you have a minute - 03
Days 19-21
Re-audit and walkthrough
We re-run the full audit, write up the score delta and what changed, and record a short Loom walking through every fix. You watch it when convenient. Every finding is verified to have improved, and if anything has not, we keep working on it until it has.
Re-audit verification + 30-day warranty
Exactly what is included.
Full 10-category audit
Performance, security, SEO, plugins, images, caching, frontend, accessibility, WooCommerce ops, theme. Plus deep scans: checkout flow, plugin conflicts, HPOS, Action Scheduler, system status.
Every fix, implemented by us
Senior WooCommerce engineer with 15+ years of experience does the work. You don't hand off to a freelancer or a junior dev.
Re-audit verification
After we ship, we re-run the audit. You see the score delta and the per-category improvements in writing.
30-day warranty
Any finding that has not improved on the re-audit gets refixed at no cost. We work with you until every issue is resolved. The warranty does not include refunds.
Updates that respect your time
Direct email + short Loom recordings from the engineer doing the work. Replies within one business day. No support tickets, no portals, no junior escalating to senior on day 14. You read or watch on your schedule, not ours. If you'd rather have a scheduled weekly check-in call, tell us at kickoff and we'll book one. Most clients pick async.
Kickoff and handoff briefs you actually want to read
A written kickoff brief at day 1 (priorities, access, decisions) and a walkthrough document plus Loom video at handoff explaining every change in plain English. No calendar coordination, no 'sorry can we move it 30 minutes' - just open it when you have 10 minutes and you have everything you need.
3 months free monitoring
After delivery you get 3 months of uptime + score monitoring at no extra cost ($147 value). We catch regressions before you do.

Things people ask before they hit Buy.
What is the 30-day warranty exactly?
After we deliver, you have 30 days to tell us about any audit finding from the original report that has not improved on the re-audit. We refix it at no charge and keep working with you until it does improve. The warranty covers our fixes, not refunds, and not new issues introduced after delivery by other parties (your team, other plugins, theme updates).
What if I don't want to give you full admin access?
Most fixes need it, especially the ones touching plugins, themes, or checkout. We sign an NDA, work from a dedicated admin user we create, and revoke our own access at handoff. If your security policy genuinely blocks shared admin, we can work in done-with-you mode instead, but the price stays the same and the timeline extends. Done-with-you still defaults to async email plus Loom updates so your dev team is not stuck in meetings; a weekly check-in call is available on request if you want one.
Will you break my live site?
We work on a staging mirror first, run the full re-audit there, then push to production in a maintenance window we agree on. Every change is reversible. We have not taken a store down in 8 years of doing this.
Can my agency or in-house dev review your work?
Yes. We expect it on enterprise stores. The change-list is plain English with file diffs where relevant. Your dev can audit anything we ship.
What if my store is on a managed host (WP Engine, Kinsta, Pressable, etc.)?
No problem. We have shipped overhauls on every major managed WooCommerce host. We follow their staging conventions and deploy through their tooling.
Why $2,997 and not $10K+ like an agency?
Agencies that scope a WooCommerce overhaul from scratch typically charge $10-15K and take 6-8 weeks, because the first one to two weeks is discovery. Our automated tooling does the discovery instantly, so a senior engineer's time goes straight to fixes. $2,997 is what it costs us to deliver well, with a senior engineer and a real 30-day warranty, priced well below the agency alternative.
Can you move faster than 21 days?
Yes. The Rush track delivers the same full overhaul in 10 days for $4,997. It moves your store to the front of the queue and the engineer works it as the priority engagement. Same scope, same re-audit, same 30-day warranty.
Do you take payment plans?
Yes. Standard: $1,500 today, $1,497 on delivery after the re-audit. Rush: $2,500 today, $2,497 on delivery. Both halves are non-refundable once work has started. The 30-day warranty applies either way. Pay-in-full is also available at checkout for either tier.
Will I need to get on a call?
Not unless you want one. Your time is more valuable than coordinating calendars across time zones, and we will not make your work day bend around ours. The kickoff brief, the weekly progress updates, the handoff walkthrough - all written or recorded as short Looms you read or watch on your schedule. Everything you need is in writing so nothing depends on you being available when we are. If you would prefer a scheduled weekly check-in call instead, tell us at kickoff and we will book one for the duration of the engagement. Most clients pick async and never look back.
