1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using WooStoreAudit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, agency, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. The service
WooStoreAudit is a software service for WooCommerce auditing, monitoring, reporting, and related operational workflows. Features may include public scans, authenticated store connections, reports, exports, alerts, status pages, collaboration, and related tooling.
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features from time to time, including as needed for security, legal compliance, infrastructure changes, or product direction.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs under it.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that any WooCommerce, WordPress, or third-party credentials you connect are used with proper authorization.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it to scan systems you do not have permission to assess, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, frame, resell, or duplicate the service except where we expressly allow it in writing or where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
5. Billing, subscriptions, and payment processors
Paid features may be offered on subscription or usage-based terms. Pricing, plan limits, and feature access may change prospectively.
If your purchase is processed through Paddle, Paddle may act as merchant of record for payment processing, invoicing, applicable taxes, and related billing operations.
You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file for paid subscriptions where required.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Where a purchase is eligible, we will process the refund according to that policy and any applicable payment-processor requirements.
7. Your content and connected data
You retain ownership of your store data, account data, and materials you submit to the service.
You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that data to operate the service, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
8. Intellectual property
WooStoreAudit, including its software, branding, interface design, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
9. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, abuse mitigation, security events, and infrastructure failures can affect service availability.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or others, fail to pay required charges, or if continued service is no longer commercially or legally feasible.
11. Disclaimers
